The location of the Rose suite in Ceaser's Tower at Warwick Castle was absolutely amazing. As mentioned in the reviews, the suite was beautifully decorated and we were treated to complimentary water and champagne upon arrival. We loved being able to explore the castle and watch shows like the Wars of the Roses and the bird show. the breakfast in the blue boudoir and the Library was delicious and the staff, like concierge Charlotte, were incredibly helpful and friendly.
The waiting time for food at lunch was a disappointment, causing us to miss some of the shows we had planned to see.

Amazing experience with stunning tower suites that offer a unique and magical stay. the attentive concierge and availability of free food and drinks were major perks. the private tour of the castle was a highlight.
The food was a letdown. Though the service at restaurants was friendly, the quality of the food was poor and disappointing.
